Our Methodology
A structured, conservative engineering approach — from first water analysis through to long-term managed operations.
Step 1 - Water analysis & target setting
Thorough characterisation of raw water versus product targets, treatment technology identification, regulatory mapping and discharge requirements defined before engineering begins.
Step 2 - Site & layout analysis
On-site assessment of space, utilities, safety and access; optimal modular plant positioning; identification of all infrastructure integration points.
Step 3 - Engineering & 3D design
Full P&ID production, 3D modelling, process flow definition and equipment specification with conservative safety margins and built-in redundancy; all designs validated before fabrication.
Step 4 - Build, commission & operate
Modular skid-mounted construction, on-site installation and commissioning; from day one fully automated with remote monitoring, cloud logging and compliance reporting under a long-term outsourcing contract.
